Patients can verify the authenticity of Juvederm Volite filler by checking the packaging box. The box must include the following details:
- The box must be in good condition, unopened and untampered.
- A Thai-language product label must be present on the box, clearly stating product information, importing company, Thai FDA registration number, storage instructions, and the disclaimer: “For use only in licensed medical clinics with certified physicians.”
- Upon opening, a Thai-language instruction leaflet should be included inside.
- Each box contains 2 cc, separated into two sterile pouches (1 cc each), with the filler prefilled in syringes and sterile-packaged with needles. No signs of prior use should be present.
